I went from 10 years of battling bulimia to being a total foodie and freaking loving my body and my life. I was a VIP ticket holder on the dieting rollercoaster since I was 9-years old, till I was 21. I counted calories, carb-loaded, fasted and ketogenic-cycled my way into a tailspin with my body image. Yet, after 10 years, when I walked on stage in front of thousands of people in the Miss CA USA pageant in a bikini that I knew I had won. Not the pageant, but the battle over my body. 👑
